Should I book the venue before I book you?

That all depends on what is the most important thing to you. If the venue is the most important then go and book that first, however, if the entertainment if more important, then you should book me first, and then find an available venue. In my experience, it is easier to find an available venue than a good entertainer, as they get booked much further in advance.
